Sally Field made a powerful anti-war statement as she accepted her Emmy for Best Actress in a Drama Series this evening...and Fox censored it.
"If mothers ruled the world, there wouldn't be any god -" and the camera panned away and the sound was cut off before she could finish "damned wars in the first place."
The crowd went nuts.
