Gail Collins is back at the New York Times where she belongs! The first female editor of the Op-Ed pages, she stepped down the first of the year to write a book.
Well, the book is finished, and she returned as a regular Thursday and Saturday columnist this week.
Collins has always been one of my favorite contributors to the op-ed pages. She actually is as smart as the better-suited-to-the-style-section MoDo likes to think she is, but falls embarrassingly short of actually being.
