The view from my back patio: You can't really see the trees bending in the wind - but they are - and they are behind a three-story apartment building and down the hill a bit. KC has had wind advisories all day, so I ventilated the apartment.I am hearing the thunder roll, and getting ready for the storm. I know where the battery-powered radio and the candles and the flashlights are, so I am ready - I'm on the top floor of a Pendergast era building on top of the tallest hill in Jackson County - let the storm rage! I'll dig on it!
